In case we haven't met before...

For 10 years, I’ve worked with everyday women, specializing in the art of boudoir photography, transforming the way women see themselves with timeless, intimate portraits (literally and emotionally).
But something was missing…
I realized that the real transformation wasn’t only just about the photos — it was the inner work too.
The moment you shift that loud, vicious inner critic — the one calling you fat, not good enough, unworthy — that’s when everything changes.
And I know that voice well, me and that b*tch go waaaay back.
I spent years hating my reflection from a very young age.
Looking back, it actually breaks my heart (especially now that I'm a Mother!)
Long story short, I was bullied as a child for years, while being conditioned by the media, and by friends and family during the the peak of the "super skinny" 90's and 2000's era.
I found myself already dieting by the age of 10, doing Tae Bo with Billy Blanks, reading about the latest and greatest crash diets in magazine that all the celebs were doing, and going to Weight Watchers and in my early teens.
This toxic mindset went on into my adult years - affecting my relationships, career and self-worth.
I was a people pleaser scared of rejection with no boundaries, obsessed with my weight, and living in a constant cycle of restriction and self-loathing, tying my self-worth to the number on the scale.
I had to break this toxic cycle of talking shit about the way I thought I looked. Especially now, as a Mother to two young children that hear my every word I say about myself - it wasn't just about me anymore.
This inner work was also for every single women out there who has ever looked in the mirror and not felt good enough. So what did I do?
I dove head first into the psychology of body image and learned evidence-based strategies from leading body image experts. I have armed myself with the tools needed to finally break this negative, vicious cycle.
Now I want to pass those tools onto you!
I’m on a mission to help women like you to break up with that inner b*tch for good — so you can finally feel at peace in your body, stop holding yourself back, and actually enjoy life to the fullest without worrying about how you look constantly.
Because here's the thing…
You don’t need the perfect body to feel confident.
You don’t need to be “fixed.
You just need the right tools to rewire that voice in your head and turn down the volume.
And that’s exactly what this challenge will help you do.
Simple. Powerful change — starting with your mindset.
Ready to flip the script? Let’s go.
